Abstract:
Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Curve is used to classify the individuals into one of the two populations, which underlie a particular distribution. In real life scenario, we come across situations where two populations will follow different distributions. Taking this into consideration, the ROC Curve was proposed using Half Normal and Exponential distributions for normal and abnormal populations respectively; hence named as Hybrid ROC (HROC) Curve.
