Abstract:
The proposed review aim is an attempt to consider the wound healing process as a bioinformatics multivariate mathematical-biological-medical problem and attract attention to creation of unified approach to wound healing management, particularly for optimization of medical treatment. Wound healing process is closely associated with scarring problem which has economical, psychological and therapeutic consequences. Vast investigation in medicine, pharmacology and biology leads to creation of very complex mathematical models and to accumulation of huge medical data array, which require correct interpretation. Nanotechnology and nanomaterials for medical and pharmaceutical purposes give people a lot of possibilities to find new peculiarities and rules how to improve/accelerate/modify some biological processes.
