Abstract: The present review focused on the most important metabolic disorder which is affecting every fourth of the diabetic, and is known as diabetic nephropathy. This review focused on the hypertension in diabetic nephropathy, its clinical aspects, management and guidelines. Hypertension is the most common phenomenon in diabetics.
