Abstract: Background: Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a mistreated and neglected complication that affects 35%-75% of males with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) leading to worsening quality of life and interpersonal relations. Males with T2DM develop ED 5-10 years earlier than non-diabetics.
