Abstract: A control system can only be used in the form of closed-loop control to stabilize the system. The concept of controllability and observability for the linearized control system of human glucose insulin systems is used so that we can have a feedback control. We have treated an existing model i.e. Augmented minimal model of glucose kinetics for type 1 diabetes.
