Abstract:
Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) is popularly used in the diagnosis of type-2 diabetes (T2DM) and/or impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) in clinical practice. In basic research, OGTT is applied to develop the new agents for diabetic medication(s). Generally, it is not the same in basal glucose level showing at the 0 min during OGTT.
