Abstract:
Hair loss is a worldwide problem and minoxidil is one of FDA-approved drugs for this stressing condition. Use of topical vesicular formulations containing minoxidil and tretinoin likely increase permeability, efficacy, and release time and decrease the drug toxicity. One of the vesicular systems is the niosome formulation which prepared and investigated about physiochemical properties in this study.
