Abstract: Osteochondral fractures (OCF) are injuries to the articular surface of a joint containing both cartilaginous and bone components. Various methods have been reported for the treatment of these fractures in the acute setting. There is limited data on delayed fixation. We report two cases of delayed presentation and primary fixation of OCF with bioabsorbable osteochondral dart.
