Abstract:
Generally happen in Indonesia, every case is about will be benefitting other parties. Every crisis, economics turbulences, and recently the outbreak pandemic of Covid-19 can be sure has been seen by a certain perpetrators to take benefit unethically. This situation was not surprisingly occurred as a State-owned Pharmacy Kalbe Farma (KF) in Indonesia just recently (May 2020) to stop distribution of its rapid test’s kits as errors result given.
