An Unusual Case of STEMI from Extrinsic Obstruction

Abstract: We present a patient with symptomatic multi-vessel ischemic heart disease requiring surgical intervention. The saphenous veins and radial arteries were unsuitable conduits and the ascending aorta was near porcelain.
