La politique active de l'emploi en faveur des jeunes: les dispositifs ont-ils touché leur cible ?

Annals of Economics and Statistics, 2007, issue 85, 3-40
Abstract:
We evaluate the impacts of youth active labour market programs on employment outcomes, with a special attention paid to heterogeneous impacts according to recipients characteristics. Estimations, led with matching techniques, focus on French programs over the period 1986-1988. The results suggest a global effectiveness in the selection of recipients into the different programs.
