Abstract: The present study provides an overview of a complex problem of environmental protection in the context of the thermo-energetic activity of the state. The major objective of our country's environmental policies lies in the increasing focus of programs, strategies and environmental legislation on the goal and consistent implementation. Achieving this goal requires organic state-level control, institutionalized according to the socio-economic situation, with broad and well-targeted competencies.
