Abstract: The Special Scholarship “THE GOVERNMENT OF ROMANIA” is a real chance for those who want to build a European career here, in Romania. Thinking of the accession of Romania to the European Union, it is necessary to reform the standards of its structures in all fields. The Special Scholarship “The Government of Romania” aims to make the public servants professionals to create a modern and transparent public administration, a European one, at the citizen’s disposal. The scholarship covers many sectors, such as: economics, law, European studies, public administration, communication, diplomacy, political studies, international relations, engineering, education, agronomy, national defense, public order, and sociology. Concretely, the Government of Romania will finance scholarships for the Romanians who want to study in famous universities from the Western Europe, Canada or USA The scholarship beneficiaries bind themselves to come back to Romania, to work as managers in the management public systems for a minimum period of three to five years.
