Abstract:
Lesotho and many other African economies use FDI as an escape route to economic development. Th is study focuses on exploring the driving forces behind Lesotho’s inward FDI using four factors, namely, economic activity, infrastructure, legal and political-, and business environment. Th e study reveals that even though there are challenges emanating from political environment, Lesotho has moderate structures to support inward FDI.
