Abstract: This article aims to analyze social issues from an overview, emphasizing its formulators elements, some of the theoretical positions on these elements, and the relation of this to work, from the phenomenon known as productive restruc‑ turing. The methodological choice is to gain a general overview on the problem in the country, from the reality of the industry, with a generic reading matter rela‑ ting to the restructuring process took place in Brazil. In the end, we observe ele‑ ments that can contribute to the debate around these issues, concluding its im‑ portance and complexity.
