Abstract:
This article brings the importance of microfinance in fostering productive activities of micro and small businesses, in addition to presenting an overview of the challenges to be faced by economic agents involved in the process. Hence, the main objective of the research is to establish the importance of creating a sustainable structure and permanent financing for micro and small enterprises, which has been demanding of microfinance institutions some effort to increase the financialization of these small businesses. The research was kind of literature, qualitative, resulting in a compression, informative and intellectual, about microcredit in actuality, its sphere of business activity.
