Abstract:
The globalization, as a macro-economic process, defines the new develop-ment parameters today. The main historic development models need to be changed in order to establish its new strategy and their new promoters – go-vernment, business and society in this context, the macro-economic policy gets more importance in order to improve development. In Brazil, the textile mill reorganization is a good example to show how to transform menaces in opportunities in a global economy crisis.
