G.L. Horner and Ralph B. Hwang

No 284568, 1974 Annual Meeting, August 18-21, College Station, Texas from American Agricultural Economics Association (New Name 2008: Agricultural and Applied Economics Association)

Abstract: The expected policies of the Environmental Protection Agency will restrict the pollution that originates from agricultural production to achieve the 1983 water quality goals. An analytical model is presented to show the influence of agriculture on water quality, and to evaluate the economic impacts of alternative policies designed to achieve the standards.
