Abstract:
The Federal govern11ent is charged v:ith determine a "socially optimal" flow of fisheries resources. Economic interdependencies between fisheries are empirically examined for crabs and oysters to substantiate the argument that joint management plans are necessary to assure "socially optimal" flow.
