Abstract: As the popularity for seafood in the United States continues to grow, information about consumer patterns of fishery products will be valuable to the seafood industry. This research provides awn-price, cross-price, income and household size elasticities of specific fresh and fresh frozen shellfish and finfish products for at-home consumption.
