Potential for Increasing U.S-Canadian Trade in Fresh Peaches

Abstract: A spatial equilibrium model of the Canadian-U.S. trade in fresh peaches was specified and evaluated to determine the regional impacts of an exogenous increase in Canadian demand for fresh peaches. Results indicate that southeast producers would benefit the most from an increase in the Canadian demand for fresh peaches .
