Abstract: This paper presents an application of the Nash model to a combined problem of optimal use of a common facility and the related cost-benefit allocation considerations. Two alternative modifications and a diagrammatically procedure are developed. The conditions for an optimal Nash solution are derived. The Procedure is applied to a case where cooperation between farms can be considered.
