Voices from the Industry: Aquaculture Producers in the Midwestern United States

Abstract: Aquaculture producers struggle to run profitable businesses in the face of challenging market conditions. In this case study, we report on a series of qualitative interviews of aquaculture producers in the Midwest to better understand their views on business expansion, product pricing, and regulation in this complicated industry.
