Abstract:
Investors Community Bank (Manitowoc, Wisconsin) officials outline a typical dairy expansion situation. Expansions are a natural outgrowth of changes in management succession. A successful dairy producer has to find a way to keep his children on the farm and expand the business to the point where it would support 2 families.
