Home loan bank--helping rural communities grow

Angie Richards

American Bankers Association, 2001, vol. 15, issue 01

Abstract: Recognizing the need to assist the residents of small towns in rural America, organizations such as the Home Loan Bank, community banks, the USDA and nonprofit groups are joining together to form effective partnerships. The Bloomsdale Senior Apartments project is a prime example of the effectiveness of these strong partnerships and their impact on rural America.
