Abstract:
The yearly remuneration of farm managers is a factor of mainly experience of occupation and responsibility, as measured by the value of the assets a manager has to deal with in his managerial task. No direct relationship exists be post-matric education and remuneration. However, post-matric education seems to be good future investment due to the finding that positions with the greater responsibility are filled significantly by more managers in possession of a matric qualification.
