Abstract: The evolution of Custom Hiring Centers (CHCs) in the context of Indian agriculture represents a century-long journey towards farm mechanization and inclusivity. This article delves into the pivotal role played by CHCs in promoting farm mechanizations and unearths the entrepreneurial ventures that have led to their significant ascent within the Indian agricultural landscape. Furthermore, it provides insights into the establishment of CHCs across various states and the government schemes in place to support their growth and development. By exploring the challenges and opportunities associated with Custom Hiring Centers, the abstract highlights the crucial role of technology in enhancing their operations. The potential of advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT), in revolutionizing CHC operations is also discussed. Overall, this article aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted aspects of CHCs and their impact on Indian agriculture.
