Abstract:
In the process of research the author has determine that system (a general system approach and an approach based on functional systems), functional, process, and situational approaches are the most effective theoretical approaches to managing the economic security of a retail trading enterprise. These approaches are the basis for management conceptions. Effective management of the enterprise economic security requires complex application of these approaches (in combinational or integral concert). The author proves that the combinational interaction consists in common and simultaneous application of several methods in the case of different combinations. The integral interaction enables to provide system continuous improvement of application of these approaches in the process of managing the enterprise economic security. The article summarizes the inherent characteristics of the most important mentioned concepts of management, which can be applied in the process of managing the enterprise economic security general view of the conception of managing the economic security of a retail trading enterprise can be formed due to the mentioned conceptions. Importance of application of each of these conceptions is stipulated by matching to goals of the economic security of a retail trading enterprise.
