Abstract: A concise discussion of the analytical techniques, Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis and X-Ray Fluorescence as applied at the Centre for Nuclear Sciences, is given. A flowchart of the procedure for soil sample collection and preparation is also presented along with a discussion of the programme of geochemical mapping.
