Abstract:
For several years, agriculture has faced major environmental constraints that tend to demonize conventional practices and give rise to new institutions conducting agroecological practices. While such changes are difficult to perform in most agricultural sectors, the landscape sector has seemingly succeeded in achieving this change. On the basis of this context, the authors aim to shed light on the creation process of a new institution through institutional work. Their article thus highlights a large scope of institutional works, the central and complementary roles of both research and education, as well as the use of crowd-based institutional works.
