Des typologies d'exploitations aux couches sociales agricoles: l'exemple de la viticulture languedocienne
Robert Lifran
Économie rurale, 1982, vol. 149
Abstract:
On the basis of an existing typology of vineyards and data on non agricultural activities and family incomes, a pattern of characteristics and behaviour of the different social classes of wine-growers in the Languedoc area is established and their relative importance examined. The results have led to a reflexion on the relationship between capital accumulation and social reproduction.
