Inégalités et solidarités en agriculture. Un point de vue politique
Bernard Thareau
Économie rurale, 1982, vol. 152
Abstract:
The inequalities within the farming sector are less known than those between the urban and rural sectors ; they are nonetheless more important. The solidarity of the farmer towards the latter will be easier to accept if those internal inequalities are reduced. This means that the existing corporate structure has to be dismantled and a new policy has to be elaborated which does not disregard the disparities. In other words, the agricultural policy has to be replaced by a policy for the farmers in their diversity.
