Abstract:
This paper, founded on a study of concentrated must industry in the EEC, develops considerations about relations between technologic and economic changes. The recent interest about an old process and technologic changes gives informations about prospect of the wine industry evolution. We consider prohibition of sweetening unfermented wine, industrialisation of this sector and crop yield concept alteration. Finally we value favourable and unfavourable factors in order to assert our prospective assumptions.
