Conseil aux agriculteurs en matière de gestion financière familiale et de transfert des patrimoines d'une génération à la suivante
Bo Andersson
Économie rurale, 1984, vol. 159
Abstract:
Transfering the farm unit and its assets from one generation to the next, and getting, at the same time, a young farmer established on the farm is a complex operation for which competent advice is desirable. Many factors must be taken into consideration. Over indebtedness through inadequacy of equity capital is as much a danger as setting up on too small a unit. In order to find a suitable agreement between members of the family and others concerned, it is necessary that all parties have complete confidence in the advisor.
