La formation des prix d'achat et des fermages pour Ses fonds de terre agricole
W. von Randow
Économie rurale, 1965, vol. 65
Abstract:
The land market in the German Federal Republic shows the same trends as in the rest of Western Europe, i.e. a price increase and a declining exchange value of land. After examining the value on the basis of returns and the current value, their relationship and the basis of price fixing, the author raises the question as to the best way of obtaining farm enlargements : through purchase or tenancy ?
