Abstract:
The Farm Credit Association in the Orne area is making a survey in order to study the following questions : Who buys land, how are these purchase* financed and under which circumstances can the Farm Credit Association intervene ? An analysis of some concret cases emphasizes the difficulty of both forming a sufficient wording capital and obtaining land.
