Où en est-on des projets de Sociétés d'investissement foncier

Louis Estrangin

Économie rurale, 1965, vol. 65

Abstract: The micro and macro rural investment corporations aim to lighten the land cost for the farmers. Though often still at the planning stage, they have had to face a strong opposition. Through an appropriate structuring, recourse to savings, laws and tax regulations, these corporations will be able to pass the experimental stage and attain real efficiency.
