Les groupes sociaux en présence: employeurs et ouvriers
Françoise Langlois-Bourquelot
Économie rurale, 1966, vol. 67
Abstract:
The general and individual attitude of the different categories of farm workers is rapidly changing. New possibilities are open to them through advisory services and official training schemes. Collective agreements tend to define the worker's place in the farm-business and to organize the relationship between the employer and the employee. The employers first opposed these measures. However, the attitude of the employers associations is developing towards a more comprehensive conception of collective agreements.
