Abstract:
The revolution in the field of information originates both in the growth of the mass of information,, in the development of the means of its treatment and in the progress of psychology and sociology which, when used, leads to a more and more rational attitude. Which are the functions and forms of information and its place in the economic development ? Which changes are the handling and the treatment of information going through ? The operations concerning information are grouped in channels which should be reorganized in order to give a better return.
