Abstract: Facing the deficiency of classical economic information, the .role of the agro-industrial complexes is to gather data at the source, interprète them and transmit them rapidly in an easily comprehensible form, thus considerably reducing the uncertainty in the farmer's work. In this scheme, what becomes of the farmer's liberty of decision ?
