Abstract:
The supply of beef in the intermediate run. is connected with the price fluctuation, in its turn due to the gap between supply and demand. The result is a «cycle » in the beef production. The study of this phenomenon enables us do propose an instrument for controlling the cyclic movements. How efficient and useful is1 this solution ?
