Abstract:
The farmers', benefit of innovation rents is transitory. In order to extend, the advantages attached to the adoption of new technical progress, these farmers , should join firms where the development of new products and that of new organization methods is closely related.' This is the « Californian model » of agriculture, which however can not be unconditionally copied in France; all depends on, the relationship between labour and capital.
