Abstract:
The financing of agricultural social security is difficult. The number af paying members is decreasing, the cost, of allowances is rising. Transfers in favour, of agriculture are, therefore, necessary, and are the counterpart of economic and demographic services rendered to the collectivity. The writer analyses, the supplementary Budget of Agricultural Social Benefits {B. A. P. S.A.) and the direction taken by their action at the moment..
