La demande de viande en Belgique (1950-1965)

Bernard Calicis

Économie rurale, 1969, vol. 81-82

Abstract: A survey of the future evolution of the demand for meat has important consequences when an agricultural policy has to be defined. The author shows how different the futures of two branches such as beef and pork are. Or course, the influence of imports and exports can make more or less necessary the organisation of the national production.
