Abstract:
The economic situation in Czechoslovakia : priority given to the production and the exportation of industrial products, and importation of agricultural products and food. The increase in food consumption which has been more rapid that in income transfer of agricultural labor to industry have jeopardized the economic balance A change is necessary. What should its aims be : to intensify agricultural production by developing the ancillary industries (feeding stuffs, seeds, fertilizers...) by unifying the management system of the agriculture and food sector, by transforming farms into independent production units.
