Les étapes du régionalisme dans les organisations agricoles
Pierre Barral
Économie rurale, 1970, vol. 84
Abstract:
The development of régionalisation is marked by three periods, that of « local notabilities » divided by the well known ideological rivalry of the « rue d'Athènes » and the « Boulevard Saint-Germain ». Brought up to date m 1930 by a professional movement, this traditional agrarianism was swept away in 1944 by the regionalism of to day's leaders. Nevertheless their representatives have still a very small part to play in the attempts at the setting up of regional anthorities which have been made. In spite of the result of the referendum in Spring 1969, the problem of régionalisation is still not solved. It is an essential one for agriculture.
