Abstract:
Cap-Sizun and Haut-Limargue de Vayrac : a difficult adaptation to market farming - The comparative study of two small areas of the Cap-Sizun (Department of Finistère Sud) and the Haut- Limargue de Vayrac (Lot) seizes the reality of the difficulties for old territories to adapt to modern agriculture. Thoug they are 600 km. apart, these two areas follow the same line of conduct in the end : improving the existing productions, (milk and pigs) to the expense of traditional ones (fruit and beef).
