Abstract:
Adaption of Production Structures to Industrial Requirements - The requirements of the processing industry in the pork meat branch as for quality, homogeneity and regularity of supply demand a considerable effort from the farmers in using new techniques and adapting their production structures. However, the productivity gains thus obtained do not necessarily benefit those who have realized them.
