Abstract:
The Feedstuff Industry and its Influence on the Evolution of the Production - The partnership between breeders and the feedstuff industry makes it possible to optimize the feedstuff formula, to develop and finance campaigns for genetic promotion, to market the products and to control returns. An aggregate policy is necessary. The production should be maintained in an agricultural setting and contribute to a harmonious regional development. The combined action of breeders and industry should lead more easily to desirable changes. An advanced production seems to be the only way of improving the income of pig breeders.
