Abstract:
The Curing Industry and its Power of Decision in the Pork Meat Branch - A large survey has been carried out among industrial meat processors in order to find out the possible development strategies and the way of estimating these strategies from an economic point of view both through their synergy effect and their cost. The results of this survey should help the authorities to improve the economy of the pork branch in cooperation with the parties concerned.
